Instrument for supporting implantation of implanted prosthesis contains gripping section; first, in fact, rigid elongated arm, projecting forward from first end side of gripping section along first longitudinal axis; and second, in fact, rigid elongated arm, projecting outward from second opposite end side of gripping section along second longitudinal axis. First, in fact, rigid elongated arm passes to first distal end and contains distal end section. First elongated arm passes upward with respect to gripping section and turns around its first longitudinal axis. Second, in fact, rigid elongated arm passes to second distal end and contains second distal section. Second elongated arm passes downward with respect to gripping section and turns around its longitudinal axis. Distal sections of first and second elongated arms turn counterclockwise around their respective longitudinal axes, said distal sections of first and second elongated arms turn by less than 45 degrees.
