FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A surgical set for arthroplasty on the knee-joint contains at least one trial distal femoral component for the estimation of resection of the distal part of the femur. The said trial distal femoral component contains a higher placed, upper flat surface for the contact with a resected area of the distal part of the femur and a lower curved surface, which determines at least one surface of the condyle, for the contact with a non-resected surface of the proximal part of the tibia.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify the operation of the knee-joint arthroplasty, in particular operations, providing the preservation of both cruciate ligaments with the maintenance and possibly even increase of safety, accuracy and/or efficiency of the said operations.
