FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to milling. Proposed mill comprises housing, cover, loading hopper and discharge pipe. Said housing accommodates toothed rotor with semicircular grooves between rotor teeth and toothed deck with grooves between its teeth. Said deck features concave surface and can turn and be locked in various positions relative to rotor. Grooves represent equal-radius circular segments. Clearance between rotor and deck teeth and segment height nearby deck grooves uniformly decreases in direction of rotor rotation. Discharge pipe is arranged tangentially to rotor and deck.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality, longer life.
