FIELD: industrial tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing and grinding of loose materials and can be used in construction, chemical, food and other industries. Device comprises rotating cylindrical working reservoir 1 mounted on bearings 2, rotor 5 with blades 6, 7, 8 installed on it with the help of brackets 4, made in form of discs with through holes. Between the disc rim and inner surface of working vessel there is a gap, which value is less than minimum size of grinding balls contacting with faces of disk. Smallest size of slots and/or holes in blades and openings of disks is less than smallest grinding balls contacting with faces of disc. Blades are equipped with shaped ledges and grooves are made on disks, which corresponds to the form of shaped ledges. Blades are fixed on discs so as to adjust their position relative to disks.
EFFECT: improved homogeneity of mixed material.
