SUBSTANCE: invention relates to signaling or wreck light-emitting device. Proposed device comprises cap with LED-based illumination circuit. Said cap is made from airtight transparent material with anti-crush structure. Illumination circuit incorporates storage battery rechargeable via coil connected with inductive power supply via magnetic flow for said circuit to switch on microprocessor and radio-frequency transceiver. Said cap comprises base and cover fastened together and seal arranged around the edges of said base and cover. Seal extends radially to increase base bearing surface.
EFFECT: higher stability at rest.
