SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary equipment and may be used in railway passenger cars. Proposed system has complex for w.c. effluents treatment 1, w.c. cabins 3 and pan 4 with w.c. effluents accumulation tank 6 arranged under car floor and furnished with vent tube 8. W.C. effluents intake tank 10, cleaned water tank 11 and effluents treatment unit 5 arranged there between are enclosed in one casing 1. Intake tank 10 accommodates transfer p[ump 14 connected with every w.c. effluents accumulation tank 6 via pipeline 13 with shutoff valve 15. System is equipped with computer-aided control unit arranged at vehicle and connected with effluents treatment unit and intake tank pumps, intake tank and cleaned water level pickups 16, 18 and 17, and valves fitted at tubes communicating intake tank 10, accumulation tanks 8 and pan wash-off means.

EFFECT: higher quality of treatment, hence, better ecology.
