SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary railway car equipment. Proposed system comprises cabins 1 with water closets 3 and washstands 3, accumulating tank 4, water tank 5 communicated via pipelines with rinsers 7 of each water closet, washstand taps and washstand basin rinsers 10. Besides, proposed system comprises vacuum unit 13 communicated via pipeline 14 with accumulating tank 4 and automatic control unit 15. Intermediate drain tanks 16 and 17 communicated with accumulating tank 4 and vacuum unit 13 are connected to water-closets 4 and washstands 3. Accumulating tank 4 and intermediate tanks 16, 16 have branch pipes 42, 27 and 29 with valves 43, 28 and 30 to let atmospheric air in, and pickups 31, 32 and 33 of toilet drain and pressure pickups 34. 35 and 36. Every water-closet and washstand is separated from relevant intermediate tank by valve 38 and 39. Said valves and pickups are connected to automatic control unit 15. Every cabin has push-buttons to switch aforesaid rinsers. Besides, urinals with their intermediate tanks may be arranged in said cabins.
