FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed pin panel comprises bearing frame arranged on the support to turn about trailer coupler and plug fixed at said bearing frame. Said plug is partially covered by coupler in vehicle lengthwise axis. Guide ramp is arranged inclined ahead of said plug. Plug-and-socket system comprises plug board arranged at towed vehicle and plug to be arranged below inlet of truck bolster. Socket is fitted to turn vertically. Plug in contact with socket along vehicle lengthwise axis is located at a distance from truck bolster connection tube. Method of connecting plug to socket consists in pressing the latter to guide ramp located ahead of the plug by relative components of articulated truck. Socket if lifted at guide ramp to bring in closure with plug.
EFFECT: lower probability of plug damage.
