FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed drive comprises drive belt 43 arranged under carrying run of conveyor 2 running over drums 2, 3. Top run of drive belt is located under carrying run to rest on its roller carriages. Pressure rollers 6,7 are arranged at the center of every span between roller carriages above conveyor belt side edge and under drive belt side edge to run relative to fixed axles 8, 9 with their outer parts made flat and oriented parallel about sides of conveyor and drive belts. Flat supports 13 are secured to posts of conveyor frame 12 between flat outer parts of axles and have sides directed perpendicular to the flat parts. Supports flat parts are bolted to axle outer flat parts via nuts 15. Pressure rollers has resilient rims 16, 17 and ledges 19, 20 to interact with edges of conveyor and drive belts. Thickness of conveyor flat section is selected to allows for tolerable design pressure between pressure rollers and conveyor and drive belts.
EFFECT: higher pull force, better alignment of conveyor and drive belts.
