FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to byproduct-coking industry, and namely to loading devices of dry coke quenching chamber. The loading device includes a dust extraction system including openings, dust-collecting air ducts and a collecting header; a loading funnel on a movable platform; a body of the coke transporting car with a casing located on its lower part and opened from below, a cover plate and bottom gates; a vertical shell rigidly fixed on support pedestals and installed between the casing and the funnel. The casing has a closed mounting surface encasing its lower end faces. The shell has a closed mounting surface encasing its upper end faces, repeating the shape of the mounting surface of the casing, and is equipped with inclined components in the form of plates, which are installed below or parallel to the plane of bottom gates of the body at their open position. Extraction umbrellas connected to air ducts of the dust extraction system are located under the inclined components. There is a protective screen in the form of flaps along the perimetre of upper part of the loading funnel. Openings in the end wall of the shell are connected to the extraction umbrella of the dust extraction system.

EFFECT: invention ensures reliable tightness throughout the volume between the body and the coke quenching chamber and effective arrangement of dust extraction from zones of maximum dust loading within that volume.
