SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a control device of multispark ignition in an internal combustion engine, which provides for an electronic control ignition transformer for supply and interruption of spark ignition current, which is switched off or switched on again based on at least one current threshold. In compliance with the invention, at least one current threshold is programmable and provides reliable ignition of fuel mixed with air, at elimination of a number of factors influencing the ignition, for example composition of fuel-air mixture, ageing of ignition plugs, etc, which, at fixed threshold values, make optimum control of the internal operation engine difficult.

EFFECT: improvement of the engine operating reliability is the effect of the invention.
