FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve unit (20) represents a take-away valve device that includes valve body (24) forming the first and the second internal passages (32, 34), valve seat (36), through which at least one flow passage for interaction as to the flow between the first and the second internal passages (32, 34) and valve element (28) controlling the flow passes. The latter includes a peripheral fastening section to be attached to the valve body, a flexible and an elastic intermediate section passing from peripheral fastening section and a central valve head with a central flow passage. Composite sealing surface of seat (36) includes the first sealing surface with an arc-shaped cross section, through which the above flow passage passes, and the second sealing surface in the form of a flattened cone, which is located on the inside relative to the above first sealing surface. Valve element (28) interacts functionally with valve seat (36) and can be diverted in response to a certain pressure difference so that it can go out of contact with valve seat (36) by passing the fluid medium flow through valve unit (20). There are five versions of the valve unit design.
EFFECT: improving actuation reliability of the valve unit controlling the pressure change of fluid medium flow.
