HATCH FOR MUNITION LOADING IN MILITARY ARMOURED MACHINE Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F41H5/22 

FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: hatch for munition loading comprises a hatch cover (1), stops (2), a handle (3), bolt bars (19), a seal (17) in a frame, planks (16) along the hatch contour. On the hatch cover there are two split loops (5) and a coaxial loop (6) for fixation of a roller (7), which moves along a guide (8), setting trajectory of hatch cover motion. Aside from the hatch opening there is a rod (20), which covers split loops (5), in hinged joins (14), installed on the brackets aside from the hatch opening. At the opposite side of the rod (20), there is a rod (10) installed as capable of rotation, being connected with the hatch cover by means of brackets and axes, inserted into holes in the brackets. In cavities of the rods (10) there are two spring-loaded stems (13) and two pre-pressed springs (12), making it possible to vary distance between hinged joints and axes at the moment of hatch cover rotation around the rod.

EFFECT: invention provides for ease of cover opening, preserving at the same time the extent of hatch sealing and not reducing armour protection.
