FIELD: military equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment, to structures of hatches of combat vehicles, tanks and other armored vehicles. Device for lifting and locking a cover of a hatch of a combat vehicle comprises a lifting device in the form of a guide plate, levers and a latch installed on the hatch cover, which is spring-loaded and hingedly fixed on the combat vehicle body, and in the closed position is fixed with the kneading bodies. Guide plate is rigidly fixed on inner side of cover and is equipped with toothed rack interacting with spring-loaded latches, installed in carriage, moving along guide plate and hingedly by means of lever connected to housing of combat vehicle. On the gear rack there is a pressure plaque hinged to the cleats and interacting with the latches. One end of the pressure plate is pivotally connected to the lever attached to the external and internal handles installed on the hatch cover.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of force and safety during opening and closing of heavy hatches of combat vehicles.
