SUBSTANCE: method of making evacuation route marker for use in aircraft, wherein said marker contains photoluminescent pigments based on strontium aluminate, which are included in carrier material. The photoluminescent pigments have average particle diameter smaller than 120 mcm and are included in the carrier material before treatment thereof. The carrier material used is silicone with viscosity less than 10 Pa·s (at 20°C), and the mixture of silicone and photoluminescent pigments after cross-linking is suitable for moulding, wherein the evacuation route marker is extruded from the mixture of photoluminescent pigments and silicone.
EFFECT: method can be carried out with minimum production costs, and the photoluminescent pigments used have sufficient luminous efficacy, are sufficiently protected from moisture and mechanical damage.
