FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device (1) comprises a unit (2) for calculation of phase vectors of voltage and current, an output communication interface (3), a unit (4) of analogue-digital conversion (ADC), equipped with analogue measuring interfaces (5) and (6) of voltage and current, a unit (7) for reception of signals of calendar synchronisation, a unit (8) for generation of an internal digital flow, equipped with an input (9) of reception of clock synchronisation signals. Besides, the device comprises a unit (10) of reception of digital flows, a unit (11) for generation of output data, a unit of (12) discrete-digital conversion, equipped with interfaces (13) of discrete input. The unit (10) of reception of digital flows is made in the form of a unit (14) of communications redundancy equipped with interfaces (15) of reception of digital flows. The following components are connected to inputs of the unit (2) for calculation of phase vectors: the output of the unit (4) of ADC via the unit (8) for generation of an inner digital flow, the output of the unit (7) of reception of calendar synchronisation signals and the output of the unit (10) of reception of digital flows.
