SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a composition for production of alcohol-free beverages preventing diseases and promoting human health status. The composition includes, kg/100kg: mangosteen extract - 0.2-0.4, gellan gum - 0.05-0.1, fruit and/or vegetable and/or vegetal puree - 2.0-5.0, fructose syrup 14.0-16.0, stevioside - 0.02-0.03, citric acid - 0.04- 0.06 and water - balance.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure extended range and enhanced efficiency of preventive and health-improving impact on the human organism due to imparting antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating and hepatoprotective properties to the alcohol-free jelly beverage prepared.
