FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free industry, in particular to production of alcohol-free preventive beverage for functional alimentation. Alcohol-free beverage includes the following ratio of initial components, kg per 1000 litres of beverage: chia seeds - 0.1–10.0, fruit-and-flavour filler - 0.1–200.0, sweetener - 0.05–200.0, acidifying agent - 0.1–10.0, stabilizer based on gellanic and konjac gums - 0.01–3.0, water is the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve organoleptic properties due to creation of more stable drinking beverage with improved rheological properties and more uniform distribution of chia seeds throughout the volume.
