FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal cutting and may be used in milling gas turbine blisk vanes by end mills at NC tools. Proposed method comprises roughing and finishing. In roughing, blade channels are cut in radial direction. Roughing is carried out so that every channel has variable width decreasing in direction of blisk hub while vane root profile resulted from roughing features machining allowance increasing toward blisk hub. Prior to finishing, vane root profile with said allowance is conditionally divided in height to 2-4 sections. Vane root profile is finished by sequential milling of every said section of vane height.
EFFECT: higher precision.
