FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal cutting and can be used in milling curvilinear surfaces of blades blisk on CNC machines in order to increase accuracy of their manufacturing. Vane processing method blisk gas turbine engine wherein milling of blade airfoil profile is performed blisk by basic control program. That is followed by intermediate control of the obtained blade geometry, on the basis of which the control program is corrected according to the following principle. Centre of the tool in each reference point is shifted along the normal vector to the processed surface at a distance equal to the value of the measured deviation. In case of detection of positive deviation in reference point, tool centre is shifted towards processed surface, if negative deviation is detected in reverse direction. Then the blade is treated along the corrected control program with subsequent repeated control. Correction of the control program and subsequent processing are repeated several times until the required accuracy is achieved. Further, said actions are performed for other blades blisk.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of blade processing blisk gas turbine engine.
