FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry. Proposed method comprises winding yarn on perforated cartridges. Air if forced inside tight chamber of said cartridges at constant flow rate and controlled pressure. With pressure deviation rate deflecting from preset magnitude, tension of thread is varied. Preset pressure reached, winding is terminated. Proposed device comprises split drum, reel holder, central air duct, pressure gage, ADC, microprocessor device, PROM, mad-to-machine interface, power amplifier, electromagnetic switch and controlled thread tensioner. Microprocessor controls said switch and thread tensioner subject to data received from pressure gage. Sets of identical reels with preset hydraulic resistance and preset diameter.
EFFECT: reduced heat consumption, optimised use of dyer.
