FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the refractory and metallurgical industry, in particular to the manufacture of large-size monolithic structures or articles of complex configuration for lining steel-teeming and intermediate ladles, induction furnaces, blast-furnace chutes. To obtain a self-flowing high-alumina ceramic-concrete mass , a highly-alumina-composition ceramic binder slurry is first injected with a polycarboxylate ester, after which a high-alumina cement is added, and then adding a granular aggregate to the resulting mixture, after which the resulting mass is subjected to gravitational mixing until a homogeneous state. Self-flowing high-alumina ceramic-concrete mixture contains components in the following ratio, wt. %: highly concentrated ceramic binding suspension of high-alumina composition 30-40; high-alumina cement 0.5-3; polycarboxylate ether 0.5-2 % of weight of high-alumina cement; granular aggregate – balance.
EFFECT: enlarging the range of facilities for casting of large-size monolithic structures and large-size products of complex configuration without using any additional process operations.
