FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of high-concentrated ceramic binding suspension (HCCBS), preparation of filer from grinned argil-bearing material, receiving of moulding sand, forming of products, drying, strengthening. Binding suspension of moisture 14-16% is prepared by wet milling of grinned argil-bearing material by means of step-by-step locading of material into mill, with additional of liquid glass with module 2.3-2.7 at each stage of loading in amount 1-1.1% of mass of dry loaded material. HCCBS contains not more than 5% particles of size more than 63 mcm. Filler is prepared of following fractional composition wt %: 1 mm 6-8, 5 mm 38-40, 10 mm 54. Moulding sand of moisture 6.5-9% contains components in a following ratio, wt %: HCCBS 33-45, filler 55-67.
EFFECT: invention provides increasing of mechanical article strength.
