SUBSTANCE: methods are proposed to produce extracted biofuel and treated protein product from raw materials, which is produced from a plant material or an animal-based material. At the same time the biofuel is oil or alcohol. The method to produce oil and treated protein product includes exposure of raw materials in order to produce protein residue and extract oil. Then the produced protein residue is suspended to produce an aqueous suspension and treated in a tower by means of adsorption on the suspended layer. The protein residue is eluated from the tower to get the treated protein product. The method to produce alcohol and treated protein product includes exposure of raw materials with the purpose to release sugars capable of fermentation and to produce protein residue. Then the produces sugars are fermented to produce alcohol, and alcohol is extracted. Then the protein residue is suspended with production of an aqueous suspension. The produced suspension is treated in the tower by means of adsorption on the suspended layer. Then the protein residue is eluated from the tower to get the treated protein product. At the same time yield of produced protein in each method is an equivalent of at least 10 grams of 100% pure protein product per kg of oil or alcohol, accordingly.

EFFECT: methods have high extent of efficiency per unit of cost, require minimum number of stages of manipulation and are compatible with automated and semi-automated systems for extraction of biofuel and treatment of protein product.
