FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: friction item includes a metal frame with holes, a friction element moulded to it, a polymer damping layer and a noise-protective metal plate with unbent elements. Friction element is equipped with projections arranged inside the holes. Unbent elements are fixed in the holes of the metal frame to projections of the friction element. Polymer damping layer is fixed on the surface of the metal frame, which is opposite to the surface, to which the friction element is moulded. The damping layer surface facing the antinoise metal plate is provided with projections and cavities. Unbent elements of the antinoise metal plate are made in the form of boards and fixed in the holes of the metal frame to projections of the friction element without being attached to the metal frame.
EFFECT: increasing noise-absorbing capacity of the item due to optimum arrangement of a noise-absorbing layer, simplifying fixation of an antinoise plate and reducing complexity of manufacture of the antinoise plate.
