FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed article comprises perforated metallic carcass and friction element vulcanised thereon and anti-noise metal plate with bent-off elements. Friction element is equipped with ledges arranged inside the holes. Bent-off elements are secured in metal carcass holes to friction element ledges. Polymer damping play is fixed at metal carcass surface opposite that whereon friction element is vulcanised. Damping layer surface facing aforesaid anti-noise metal plate has ledges and recesses. Bent-off elements of anti-noise metal plate are composed of boards and locked in holes of metal carcass to friction element ledges with fixing to said carcass. Height of said boards is smaller than metal carcass depth.

EFFECT: higher noise absorption, simplified attachment and manufacture.
