FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed article comprises perforated metallic carcass and friction element vulcanised thereon and having ledges arranged inside perforations. Polymer damping layer and anti-noise metal plate with bent-off elements are locked in carcass holes towards friction element ledges. Polymer damping layer is locked at carcass surface opposite that whereon friction element is vulcanised. Said bent-off elements of anti-noise metal plate are made as boards to be locked in said perforations towards friction elements ledges without locking to said carcass.

EFFECT: higher noise absorption, simplified attachment and manufacture.
