FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed article comprises perforated metallic carcass and friction element vulcanised thereon and having ledges arranged inside perforations. Polymer damping layer and anti-noise metal plate with bent-off elements are locked in carcass holes towards friction element ledges. Polymer damping layer is locked at carcass surface opposite that whereon friction element is vulcanised. Said bent-off elements of anti-noise metal plate are made as boards to be locked in said perforations towards friction elements ledges without locking to said carcass. Height of said friction element ledges arranged inside the boards is smaller than metal carcass depth. Height of said friction element ledges arranged between boards and carcass hole walls is larger than the height of said friction element ledges arranged inside the boards but not larger than metal carcass depth.

EFFECT: higher noise absorption, simplified attachment and manufacture of anti-noise plate.
