FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: virtual format of the field of view (called an inspection window) is installed in the field of view of a stereoscopic camera which is formed by paired imaging devices, each having a photographic lens and an image capturing device and lying on the left and right side parallel to each other, and the inspection window is projected in a reduced view using the left and right side photographic lenses in order to form an image in the left and right side image capturing devices. Video data of the inspection window (in the window) formed in the left and right side image capturing devices are read and stereoscopic data (called standard stereoscopic video data) are transmitted. The standard stereoscopic video data are displayed on an electronic display screen (a screen where the position of the left and right side screens exactly match each other and the position and size of which provide full-size reproduction and display of the inspection window, called a control size display screen) which is equivalent to the inspection window, simultaneously with mutually orthogonal left and right side polarisations or circular polarisations in anticlockwise or clockwise directions or alternatively with linear polarisation in the same direction with time division. The left and right side images are separately viewed using glasses for dividing the field of view in accordance with the polarisation scheme.
EFFECT: reproduction of a stereoscopic video image without adjustment on the display side even when using different models of devices for displaying stereoscopic images.
