FIELD: cellular radio communication systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed methods and devices are designed for synchronizing communication of data divided into frames which are transferred to separate mobile station from two or more asynchronous base stations or sectors in cellular communication system and received by asynchronous base stations, as well as buffering in asynchronous base stations when receiving data frames, and two-way signal passage in CDMA communication system. This is attained due to generation of separate states of system frame counter in system center or radio link control center connected to one or more base stations, current sample of system frame counter state being regularly sent from control center to base stations connected to the latter for synchronizing each local frame counter with system frame counter state that functions as frame numbering standard in cellular radio communication system. EFFECT: minimized data frame synchronizing error, buffering requirement, mean delay time of two-way signal passage. 30 cl, 8 dwg
