SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Method includes apparatus distraction of radiocarpal joint and open resetting of semilunar bone. Distraction is performed until head of capitate bone reaches the level of dorsal horn of displaced semilunar bone, apparatus is removed. Soft-tissue scar "pannus" is ablated from convex surface of semilunar bone, joint notch of radius and head of capitate bone. Longitudinal traction of radiocarpal joint is performed in such a way that single-tooth hook entered between semilunar and capitate bones. Corn of semilunar bone is captured with hook, pulled upward, semilunar bone is turned by 90 degrees. Semilunar bone is reset into notch of radius with its convex side. Scar tissue is ablated from concave surface, with application of hook for holding. Capitate bone is reset into notch of semilunar bone, obtained position of capitates and semilunar bones is fixed with pin for 3 weeks.
