SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to perform operations with open reduction of perilunar dislocations of the hand without fracture of the scaphoid in case of damage to the scaphoid-lunate ligament or scaphoid-lunate and scaphoid-capitate ligaments. Two parallel canals are formed in the scaphoid, as well as two parallel canals in the lunate bone, which are oriented towards the canals in the scaphoid. Next, an autograft is formed from the tendon of the long palmar muscle, which is passed through the formed canals, and the capitate, lunate and radius bones, lunate and scaphoid bones, scaphoid and trihedral bones are fixed with needles. The ends of the tendon autograft are sutured and fixed with an anchoring system. Wherein when only the scaphoid-lunate ligament is restored, the excess tendon autograft is cut off, and with the simultaneous restoration of the damaged scaphoid capitate ligament, the sutured ends of the tendon autograft are fixed with an anchor system in the central part of the dorsum of the capitate bone, then the excess tendon autograft is removed.

EFFECT: method allows restoring the anatomy of the wrist joint, improving the functional result and reducing the risk of complications in the postoperative period due to firm fixation of the wrist bones and restoration of ligamentous structures using autografts.
