FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in surgery for cryodestruction of pathological neoplasms. Cryosurgical apparatus includes reservoir with liquid nitrogen, thermally insulated tubes of refrigerant supply and removal, working tip and system of gas pump down, made in form of roughing-down pump. Reverse valve is installed on inlet of thermally insulated tube of refrigerant supply, electromagnetic two-way valve with throttle is installed on inlet of forevacuum pump. Cryosurgical apparatus is provided with external system of gas supply and detachable cryoinstrument, on whose distal end working tip is placed.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to force mode of tip warming up.
