SUBSTANCE: cryogenic surgical apparatus has: heat-insulated tank for cooling agent 1, intaking pipe 4, nozzle 8 with located in it cooling agent feeding and outgoing canals 11, 12 and applicator 9; expanding chamber electrical heater 10; mounted on outgoing canal outgoing gas electrical heater 22 and made in the form of control valve joint 14 controller, distributing piston 15 of which is set so as to be capable to close additional canal 20, that connects part of outgoing canal, located before outgoing gas electrical heater, with outlet part.
