FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for cryodestruction of pathological new growths and physiotherapy of diseases. Cryosurgical device comprises reservoir for liquid nitrogen, external gas supply system, consisting of high-pressure cylinder with helium, reducer, one shutoff and one two-way electromagnetic valves, flexible heat-insulated pipe for liquid nitrogen supply with electromagnetic valve at its inlet and coolant discharge pipe, connected to forvacuum pump via two-way electromagnetic valve. Pipes are connected with detachable cryoinstrument, on distal end of which detachable working tip is located. Also device comprises gasifier and heat exchanger with heater. Non-insulated vessel is inserted into reservoir for liquid nitrogen, at bottom of which electromagnetic valve is placed. Wherein vessel is tightly connected with liquid nitrogen supply pipe, and its steam chamber is connected via two-way valve and reducer to high-pressure cylinder with helium, wherein liquid nitrogen supply pipe is connected via heat exchanger to heater, electromagnetic valve and gasifier with bath for liquid nitrogen in non-insulated vessel.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to expand technical and methodical possibility of cryosurgical device, which allows to expand range of tools for cryosurgery.
