FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to hard-alloy compositions. Proposed composition comprises, at least, one high-strength material powder and, at least, two powders of binder. Said first powder contains cobalt, pre-alloyed by one or several elements of the fourth period of periodic table 3rd-8th groups. At least, one further powder of binder us selected from the group of one-element powders of Fe, Ni, Al, Cr or alloy thereof. Further powders of binder do not contain cobalt in preliminarily unalloyed form. Free corrosion potential between high-strength material and said binder first powder measured in air-saturated water at normal pressure and room temperature makes less than 0.300 V while high-strength material has positive polarity.
EFFECT: lower toxicity.
