FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building. Device for vehicle body strengthening in case of roll-over contains accumulator battery, electric magnet, lock, spring pedal, rod, guides and vehicle angular position sensor. The sensor is connected to constant current source, i.e. to accumulator. When signal of vehicle roll-over threat arrives the accumulator battery connects to electric magnet where electromagnetic field is generated which retracts lock releasing spring pedal pushing out the rod. The rod moves along guides fixed at upper part of side member pillar and upper part of body underside and thrusts by its ends on supporting assemblies containing spring locks.
EFFECT: prevention of roof folding of rolled-over vehicle.
