FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircrafts with annular wing. Vertical take-off and landing aircraft contains engine biaxially suspended in gyroscopic suspension and balanced relative to its center of mass, transmission and single annular wing of large filling. The wing is made capable to rotate under action of air rudders relative to transversal axis of aircraft by large angles to convert excess lifting force into traction force in flight direction. The said structural components of aircraft form freely interacting dynamic group eliminating reactive moment of annular wing.
EFFECT: simplification of aircraft design.
