FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flying stands. Proposed flying stand peripheral drive consists of engines (2), clutch and reduction gear box and is arranged above ring wings (4). Drive output shaft supports represents gear wheel (2) of chain transmission to transmit rotation via roller chain (3) to rim (5) of ring wheel (4). Aforesaid drive element can also represent a belt drive pulley to transmit rotation via drive belt to the pulley that represents the rim of ring wheel. Drive element can represent, as well, a gear wheel transmission planar to the plane of ring wheel rotation and transmitting power to ring wheel via gear wheel that makes the rim of the said wing.
EFFECT: simpler power transmission.
