FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft and air transport. Manned two-seat vertical take-off-landing aircraft is driven by an electric motor in the form of an adapted motor-wheel with a rotor mounted on a power shell of the turbine, and stator is mounted on frame pylons, with rail-type annular wing with centrally located on its transverse axis hull with cockpit fixed in space. Annular wing can turn about transverse axis under influence of moments from aerodynamic rudders installed in main planes of vehicle, redistributing thrust between lift and pushing force in direction of motion course. On top of annular wing frame there is a liquid compensator of reactive aerodynamic force of annular wing turbine, in particular, a reactor which generates a torque of the opposite sign on the wing due to the fluid moving in the direction opposite to the turbine rotation and pumped by the electric screw turbine along the annular tube of the reactor.
EFFECT: higher aircraft stability.
