FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises the steps that follow. First, tube weld seam and seam area is heated to temperature of [(Ac3+α×V1/2)÷(Ac3+α×V1/2+50°C)]. Then, water cooling and tempering with air cooling are performed. Then, all tube is heated to (Ac1÷Ac3) or to [Ac3÷(Ac3+50°C)], cooled by water and tempered at high temperature. Note here that weld seam and seam zone tempering and tube heating for high-temperature tempering are performed at (500°C÷Ac1).
EFFECT: lower costs and electric power consumption.
