FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: section of a rotary fuel high-pressure pump represents a working chamber equipped with inlet and outlet holes. The working chamber is composed of a cylindrical housing with two bearing journals and cylindrical rotor, which are movable connected to its end faces. The rotor is eccentrically arranged inside the cylindrical housing and installed on a drive shaft. The drive shaft is arranged on bearings installed in bearing journals. The working chamber is divided with a separating plate into suction and discharge cavities. In addition, the pump section is equipped with thrust washers and a stator between them, in which there is a through slot with the separating plate rigidly fixed in it. The cylindrical rotor is put through the bearing on a bell crank of the drive shaft and equipped with a groove. Contact with the separating plate is provided through the above groove. The groove has such a shape that provides its movement relative to the separating plate without loss of contact with it. Inlet and outlet holes are arranged in the state on both sides relative to the separating plate. In addition, the rotary high-pressure fuel pump is equipped with one or more sections arranged in one cylindrical housing.
EFFECT: simplifying the design, improving compactness, manufacturability, reliability and efficiency.
