SUBSTANCE: wind power plant comprises support and rod whose one end is connected to the support through pivot connection. The rod is connected with the device that has surface area and provides the resistance to the wind flow as well as can automatically or manually change the surface area and move along the rod. The device deflects the rod with respect to the pivot connection. The rod is connected with the compensator.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
