FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: before bringing a measuring probe into contact with a controlled medium, a frequency test signal is supplied to it. The first measurement of amplitude of the controlled signal is performed and the measurement result is saved. Then, the measuring probe is brought into contact with the controlled medium of bioproduct, and the second measurement of amplitude of controlled signal is performed. Concentration of ions in controlled medium is calculated as per results of the first and the second measurements using a calculation formula. As a measuring probe, male plug of TRS type is used, the first of the contacts of which serves for supply of a test signal, and the second one for measurement of amplitude of controlled signal. The above amplitude measurements of the controlled signal are performed using a voltage divider formed with the first and the second reference resistors; at that, the reference resistor is connected between contact of the measuring probe serving for amplitude measurement of the controlled signal and a common bus, and the second one between contact of the measuring probe serving for supply of the test signal and contact of the measuring probe, which serves for measurement of amplitude of the controlled signal. Besides, the device for implementation of the above method is proposed.

EFFECT: prompt and accurate check of ion concentration in the controlled medium of bioproduct.
