FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics. Cut of subcutaneous fatty cellular tissue in operation of Cesarean section is performed 1-2 cm higher than skin wound level. Aponeurosis "tunneling" is performed. Peritoneum is opened 4-5 cm higher than urinary bladder boundary. Peritoneum is not laid round with napkins. 3-5 cm long cut of aponeurosis is performed on abdomen midline. Uterus is opened in place free from direct contact with adjacent part of fetus. Smooth traction is carried out and wound is enlarged.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve woman's health state during operation, reduce blood loss volume, reduce frequency of complications and reduce time of postpartum stay in hospital.
