FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to prevention of endometriosis after an operative scar in Cesarean section. After the main stage of the operation is completed, the uterus wall is closed and the hemostasis is controlled in the incision and the open wound of the abdominal cavity, with wide dilution of tissue edges with tooth-hooks, the ready water solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate 0.05 % 100 ml and dioxidine 0.1 % 50 ml are poured with exposition for 2–3 minutes, remains of the solution are removed with sterile gauze or electric suction, followed by layer-by-layer suturing of the wound, starting from the peritoneum, ending with subcutaneous fat and skin.
EFFECT: method enables improving the prevention results of postoperative cicatricial endometriosis.
