SUBSTANCE: shredding device comprises drive, vertical shredding drum driven by appropriate drive device, grinding roll and device for application of pressure to said roll. Working surface consists of grinding roll surface and grinding surface of vertical shredding drum inner lining. Angular distance between grinding surface of vertical shredding drum inner lining and vertical line makes minus 5 to 40 degrees. Besides, it incorporates a material disposal device arranged to loosen ground particles stuck to inner lining.
EFFECT: higher grinding efficiency.
