FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: facility for production of compacted iron consists of pair of rollers designed for compaction of reduced materials containing fine grain reduced iron, of guiding chute designed for directing compacted iron discharged from pair of rollers, and of crushers designed for crushing compacted iron directed to guiding chute. Guiding surface of the guiding chute, directing compacted iron, contains straight inclined surface and bent inclined surface.
EFFECT: facility for production of compacted iron facilitates even and continuous discharge of compacted iron; process is smooth; it ensures minimised amount of grains formed at destruction of compacted iron.
