FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodwork, wasteless processes and ecology. Proposed method comprises grinding of process wood chips in two steps and adding additives to and ground bark to wood-fiber mass in amount of 6-16% of absolutely dry fiber mass. First, bark is ground to 0.05-0.8 mm-particle size and soaked in water at 60-100°C for, at least, 2-4 h at weight ratio of 1:10-1:14. Then, wood fiber carpet is made to form boards to be pressed, tempered and conditioned.
EFFECT: lower costs and emission of formaldehyde.
