SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining lignocellulosic semi-finished goods includes grinding of preliminary heat-treated industrial chips in the grinding chamber of the unit. The preliminary heat-treatment is carried out in the pockets between the blades of the cross. The grinding is carried out in the grinding chamber between the cross faces of the rotor and the blades of the ridge planks of the stator. A device for obtaining lignocellulosic semi-finished goods comprises a stator and rotor, mounted in the grinding chamber, on which shaft the cross is mounted. The stator is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with ridge planks mounted in it.

EFFECT: obtaining lignocellulosic semi-finished goods in production of lignocellulosic plates of wet process from industrial chips in a single stage of grinding.
